Service scope

Crafstello provides software for Etsy listing analysis, AI-assisted optimization, trend discovery, and Telegram notifications. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before applying them to your shop.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You may not misuse the Etsy API, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, or use Crafstello to violate marketplace rules.

Etsy API and third-party services

Etsy data remains subject to Etsy’s terms and policies. Your use of Telegram, Stripe, and other third-party services connected to Crafstello is also governed by those providers’ terms.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel future renewals at any time. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate billing policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis without guarantees of rankings, sales, uptime, or error-free output. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crafstello is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
