Crafstello collects account details you provide directly, Etsy shop and listing data you authorize through the Etsy API, and Telegram chat identifiers if you choose to link Telegram.

How we use data

We use your data to authenticate your account, sync listings, calculate SEO scores, generate AI optimizations and trends, deliver Telegram messages, and improve product reliability.

Etsy API usage

Crafstello accesses Etsy data only after you grant permission. We use Etsy data to read listings, analyze performance, and update listing content when you explicitly request changes.

Data sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to operate the product, such as hosting, AI, database, payments, and messaging vendors. We retain data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security obligations.

Security and your choices
